Roźeh’s Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Exchange & Return Window

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Once your exchange or return request is accepted, you will receive a notification at your registered email and phone number. Our logis3cs partner will pick up your order within 24-48 hours. Pick-up will be attempted 3 3mes. If the courier cannot pick up the shipment, you must send it back to our warehouse address.
Once we receive your order at the warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or return request. Exchange deliveries are estimated to take 7-10 working days.
If we cannot fulfil an exchange due to stock unavailability, we will credit the amount equal to the MRP of the product in your purchase account or offer a product of the same price in exchange.

Return Orders

For return orders due to any wear and tear of the product or any other issue caused by our side, customers are required to fill out the return form and upload a video demonstrating the issue. This step is mandatory to process the return.
For return orders, refunds will be credited to the purchase account with an amount equal to the MRP of the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition. If items are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear, we will not process the request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchange Orders

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product does not fit.
  • The product and shipping package are damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

Products must meet the following conditions for exchanges/returns:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
  • Brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact.
  • The product is unaltered, unless it's a vendor defect.
  • The return is ini3ated against the order under which it was purchased.
  • There are no foul odours, perfumes, stains, scratches, tears, or other damages.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
  • We are sa3sfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once we acknowledge your return request on rozeh.in, our partners will contact you to collect the products.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange/return request if the condi3ons are not met.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permited for COD orders and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The customer may raise an exchange or return request. Refunds for returned prepaid orders will credited to the customer’s purchase account with an amount equal to the MRP of the product bought. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, please contact our support team for specific return, exchange, or cancellation procedures.
Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes are not eligible for return or refund. Excep3ons can be made only if there is an issue with the product attributable to our side.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rozeh.in with your name, order ID, and a description of the issue otherwise the return of exchange request will not be ini3ated.
