At Roźeh, we ensure that every order is handled with care. Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, so we encourage you to review your details thoroughly before completing the checkout process. Roźeh does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from Noida, India.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Due to the high demand for our exclusive designs, items may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. Should this occur, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

To ensure the safety of our customers and brand, all orders are reviewed by our security team. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.

Roźehis not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number. After shipment, any risks are assumed by the courier.
